Ayres Nature Reserve (Summer Season Pass)
The sand dunes here are bright with floral display, you have to be a tough plant to live in this dry and sandy soil. Join us spotting the different species. Some are really quite tiny!

Mammal Trapping at Cooildarry (Summer Season Pass)
Meet our rodent friends up close as we survey our reserve at Cooildarry for mice. We use longworth live traps which will have been set the night before, then empty out the traps to find out what we have caught before releasing them

Fossils at Scarlett (Summer Season Pass)
If you can’t resist having pockets full of stones when you walk along a beach, then this is the event for you. Come and meet the fossils of creatures which lived over 300 million years ago in a warm sea. Take in the sight of the Manx Volcano too!

Ramsey Marine Reserve & Shore (Summer Season Pass)
So you think sandy beaches don’t have much wildlife on them? Come and join us as we walk along the North Shore in Ramsey, exploring the ASSI sand dunes there, finding shells and looking at worms in the sand. We might even see a flock of noisy Oystercatchers!

There is a hidden treasure in Peel called Sunset Lakes, with its ponds full of fish and colourful wildflower areas. Join us in a pond dip to see what other life there is to be found

Dalby Mountain Bog Exploration (Summer Season Pass)
