GARDEN TOURS AT SUDELEY CASTLE
Join us on this specially designed tour which has been created by Lyn Hall and Jon Hodder, Head Gardener, to show you some of the inspiring projects that have been undertaken.
For over 15 years Sudeley has been gardening organically and supports hundreds of wildlife specifies within its many niche gardens, castle ruins and medieval stew pond including slow worms, toads, bee orchids, disease resistant elms, bumble bees, dragonflies, king fishers and nuthatches to name a few.

REPTILE SAFARI
Join us at our Cutsdean Quarry nature reserve to give your children the chance to get close to some of our secretive reptiles such as slow worms and common lizards.
This informative and revealing session is family focused and child friendly. Suitable for those over the age of six.

Join us at our Cutsdean Quarry nature reserve to get up close to secretive reptiles such as slow worms and common lizards.
This informative and revealing event is aimed at adults with an interest in reptiles and their ecology.

WILDLIFE WATCHING – SMALL MAMMALS AND REPTILES
Join us for a chance to get up close to small mammals such as voles, shrews and mice at this family friendly event.
Help us check mammal traps set the night before, and learn about the ecology and importance of the small mammals that we find.
We’ll also be looking for reptiles so may see slow worms, lizards and snakes if we’re lucky! The event will require periods of remaining still and quiet, as such this event may not be suitable for children under five, so please use parental discretion.

MINI-BEAST SAFARI
Join us for a British safari, we’ll be looking in meadows and dipping into ponds to find the mini-beasts which live there.
Learn about invertebrates and how they are adapted to their habitats.

HOPPER HUNT
We’ll also be doing a grass hopper count to help monitor their populations, how many grasshoppers can you count in two minutes?!
Due to the nature of the event it may not be suitable for very young children, so please use parental discretion when bringing children under six years.
The area contains steep inclines and free roaming livestock.
Dogs on leads welcome.
BUTTERFLY WALK
We will look for white letter hairstreaks and silver washed fritillary butterflies.

WOODLAND BUTTERFLY SAFARI
We hope to see purple hairstreak, white admiral and silver-washed fritillary, with other woodland and grassland species.
This is a four mile walk and dogs on leads are welcome.
