Date / Time
Start date:
Sun, 2014-09-21 13:00 - 15:00
Summary:
As part of Open House London we will be running two guided tours of the East Reservoir site before work begins on the Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve.

Take advantage of this rare opportuntity to visit the East Reservoir site in Stoke Newington, which has remained largely closed to the public since its construction in 1833.

Two guided walks will take in the wildlife which has made the reservoir its home, along with the historical heritage of the site, including the New River, the mid-19th century Grade II listed Gas House and the Ivy House Sluice.

Tours will start at 1.00pm and 3.00pm, available on a first come basis.
