Walthamstow Wetlands - guided walks of what will be Europe’s largest urban wetland reserve
Join London Wildlife Trust and William Mann of Stirling Prize winning architects Witherford, Watson, Mann for a tour of this iconic landscape, as part of London Open House 2014.
London Wildlife Trust will be working with Waltham Forest Council and Thames Water to create a new nature reserve on the site. This is an opportunity to view the site before works begin.
Historic buildings on the site include the Grade II listed Coppermill and the Old Marine Engine House, which dates from the 1850s.
