Education volunteer recruitment morning
Pop in to find out about helping out on education activities at Lackford, from school groups to activity days and family events.
There are also opportunities to help out as hosts on adult courses. These are run by qualified tutors so no experience of the subject is necessary for the host, just an enjoyment of working with people, introducing the tutor and helping with refreshments. Its a great way to expand your own knoweldege of natural histiory subjects!
No experience necessary just a passion for the outdoors.

To help us celebrate you can learn how to make a wildlife willow lantern and decorate our favourite oak tree on Crane Park Island.
This event is perfect for families with children of all ages.
Winter Birds Crafts - Drop In Day
This is one for all the family. Pop in whenever it suits and take part in a range of activities. There will be something for everyone from the very young to the slightly older!
This is the time of year when birds need a bit of extra help to get through the long Winter. To find out more and to see how you can help, drop in and see us between 10:00 & 15:00 on New Years Day.
A small donation will be requested per craft to cover materials.
No booking required just Drop-in but children must be accompanied.

This is one for all the family. Pop in whenever it suits and take part in a range of activities. There will be something for everyone from the very young to the slightly older! Crafts will include; badgemaking, Candle holders, tree decorations and goodie reindeers.

EcoPark Volunteer Day
Postponed: Centre for Wildlife Gardening's Winter Wildlife
Due to unforeseen circumstances Centre for Wildlife Gardening has had to postpone this event, London Wildlife Trust will reschedule the event for later in winter.
You will learn how to track animals throughout the mud and snow, and find out more about how London's wildlife copes with the cold winter weather.
