Please join us for our 56th Annual General Meeting and Autumn Showcase at the Glen Yr Afon Hotel in Usk.
Following a break for refreshments, there will be a showcase of our work from staff and a presentation of the new strategic plan, 2019-2024. We will also be exhibiting shortlisted entries into our Photography Competition and presenting prizes to the winners.

3. To receive the Annual Report of the Charity for the year ended 31st March 2019
4. To receive the Annual Accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31st March 2019
5. To appoint Auditors of the charity to hold office until the conclusion of the next General Meeting at which the accounts are laid before the charity
6. To discuss The Articles of Association.
7. To elect five new trustees to Gwent Wildlife Trust
8. To introduce the newly-elected Officers of the Council of Trustees for 2019/20
