Reptile Ramble
We will be going out to survey the reptile refugia and other likely reptile habitats. Everyone welcome, no prior knowledge needed- just an interest in wildlife! As we hope to get up close to these amazing animals in their natural habitat, a camera is recommended. Booking is essential as spaces are limited for the Reptile Rambles. Wildflower Survey
We will be looking for and identifying common flowers and grasses and passing on top tips for ways to distinguish them from one another.
We will be offering advice on how best to manage an area for wildflowers and will also be on the lookout for butterflies and other insects that benefit from having sites where flowers are allowed to flourish.
Free car parking is available adjacent to the site.

Wild Play: Pond-dipping
Join us for a morning of pond-dipping at Crabtree Ponds, and see what creatures you can discover and identify in the murky depths. We'll have plenty to keep your brain busy, including scavenger hunts, miniature bark boat racing, and deadwood cave hunting.
Along with Activity Sheffield, we'll be running activities from 10.30am to 12.30pm, drop in anytime and you'll find us by the pond.
Moseley Bog & Joy's Wood Nature Reserve - Our Big Gig
There will be four hours of free live music performed by local emerging and professional musicians selected from local colleges and the Birmingham Conservatoire. The bands will be playing a wide mix of music including punk, spoken word, ska and jazz, with something to please most musical tastes.
